The EDB of Puerto Rico offers a diversity of financing programs and services which include:
- Direct Participation (direct lending)
- Venture Capital Investment (through its Subsidiary EDBCI)
- Capitalization Loans Loans for Film Credit Financing (recently)
- Other loan programs and financial services
Economic Development Bank of PR (EDB)
The EDB is the government entity through which the Puerto Rico Film Commission provides financial support to film projects developed in Puerto Rico.
The EDB will request from each applicant several documents in order to analyze and provide financing for the credit. Each proposal is evaluated individually according to the documents delivered by each client.

Requirements
The Economic Development Bank can consider those conditions that comply with the normal requirements of any financing. Among the most important requirements is the existence of an identifiable source for repayment. Some of the basic requirements are:
- Loan Application
- Business Plan
- Financial Statements
- Endorsements from government agencies
- License of film company approved
- Additional documents as deemed necessary
